Join me on a weekly sacred dance journey to playfully
tap into the wisdom of your body with the 5 elements.
Free flowing, authentic body led movement (or dance) brings us into a meditative state
and supports us in accessing states of bliss, freedom, expression, inner stillness,
and even deep emotional release.
We will spend a month at a time moving with each element infusing both Shamanic Tradition and Chinese Medicine Theory of 5 Element Energetics for a deep rich experience.
Through intuitive movement with the specially curated playlists we will working with the meridians from
Chinese Medicine associated with each element.

Fire: Deconstruct, Transform, Create; Heart and Seat of Emotions; Release Shame
Earth: Nourish, Receive, Ground; Spleen; Release Worry and Anxiety
Air-Metal: Express, Movement, Courage; Lung; Release Grief
Water: Stability, Flow, Perseverance;
Kidney; Release Fear
Spirit-Wood: Growth, Expansion, New Beginning; Liver; Release Anger
We will begin with a brief check in and guided practice, followed by 5 element somatic dance,
and conclude with space to share.
