The work I do found me along the way on my personal healing journey and awakening beginning over a decade ago. It is undeniably my mission to serve and support others on their healing journey in a very deep, richly embodied, and accelerated way.
I wanted to HEAL from my traumas, not just slap a bandaid on the symptoms so sought out ways to not only feel better but to come alive and start living and thriving instead of just existing and surviving. The more I opened and explored, the more was revealed to me. My natural curiosity and inclination for depth drove me to continue to dive in and study the modalities and lineages that crossed my path further.
My work is not for the faint of heart. We go DEEP, raw, and vulnerable in a very safe, gentle, supportive way. My work is for the strong ones who have felt misunderstood, like they have had to hold it together for everyone else, struggled in silence, and longs for a safe space to melt and be held. The containers I offer are very much rooted in shadow work and integration. We work very much with feminine and masculine energetics and the unseen realms of the unconscious, while prioritizing nervous system regulation creating safety in the body.
I support and guide you to the darkest depths and further cosmic spaces you’re ready and willing to go for healing, growth, awareness, and soul evolution. When enough is enough and you are ready for change, this is the inner work to be done. We move as quickly or slowly as is needed
As my natal astrological and human design charts reflect, I was literally designed for this; to lead and guide myself and others on these journeys of healing and growth in very real, genuine ways.
The coaches, healers, and mentors I’ve journeyed with personally have been indispensable in getting to the place I am today by holding the space in our containers to be witnessed, process, and melt safely. I was able to heal and grow doing lifetimes worth of work in condensed periods of time. Something that is very difficult to do alone. I am immensely grateful and honored to be able to hold that space for others too. I look forward to working with you!
